That title is something right?! Haha!
I usually always have my content for the blog drafted out some days or even weeks before publishing, But there are some days when the inspiration comes the very day I’m supposed to publish and today is one of those days and I couldn’t be more proud of today’s topic.
So here’s the story behind it, I was going through my Instagram page and I saw one of my posts where I was wearing my natural hair loose(I included “natural” because once upon a time, I used to use relaxers for my hair), and my caption was, “.... My ‘Fro be making me proud. STANDING TALL ALWAYS, Proud African Woman.”. Now you’ll notice I capitalized “Standing Tall Always,”, and that is because that statement doesn’t just represent the African Woman Hair, It’s supposed to represent all that Africa is about. You know, You can identify a King by His Crown... Same way The African Woman’s Crown is her Afro and this Crown tells everything about her and where she’s from, it speaks of the riches of her LAND and it’s Glory too.
And from where I stand, the position of every African Woman’s Afro when let loose shows that the African Nation is one that will Always Stand Tall and Stand Proud no matter what!
THIS IS THE AFRICAN IDENTITY: AFRO-DOM

P..S: I forgot to add, the word “AFRO-DOM” is a combination of the words AFRO and FREEDOM!
I just wanna take this week out to Celebrate the African Nation. So to my Fellow Africans, ONE LOVE!
