BAD DAYS!

Sometimes you kick off your day with everything running smoothly, and in your head you’re like, “Today might just be a great day” and suddenly something happens, like you making a mistake which could cost you a great deal and suddenly you whole mood is ruined, your spirit is down and nothing makes sense anymore. You literally at that moment just want to crawl up to bed and sleep it off, but you can’t because there’s still so much to be done before calling it a day.


Now the energy to get through the rest of your day, has been spent by the thought of that one mistake you made.

You become so frustrated but then you want to snap out of it!

Now what I’ve come to realize is that we all have a particular form of motivation that snaps us out of it.

Let’s now pick it one after the other...

First off, Bad days are natural... We need to realize this part immediately we sense the energy dropping, remind yourself that Bad Days are natural.

Secondly whatever it is that killed your mood or vibe concerning that day, shouldn’t take up your whole energy. Truthfully, you might begin to doubt your abilities because of that one mistake,(I tend to do that a lot...), But you need to remind yourself that that one mistake DOES NOT, CAN NOT and WILL NOT define you.


Once you are down that road of reviving your positive energy, find something that usually snaps you out of whatever mood you may find yourself and gets you in balance, and start engaging in it.

For some of us it’s a phone call to someone, for some it’s meditation, for some it’s music, for some it’s good deeds( now I tell you, this one works for everyone... putting a genuine smile on someone’s face is one of the greatest mood lifters I’ve experienced. So try it), for some it’s eating.... The list goes on and on!


My point is, Find that one thing that boosts your mood whenever your energy is down and make sure to engage in it as much as possible, I guarantee your, your record of Bad Days will reduce, but bear in mind, “BAD DAYS ARE NATURAL YOU SHOULD JUST LEARN TO STILL MAKE GOOD OUT OF IT!”
