BRANDING & MARKETING: Your Personal Social Media is as important as your Brand's.

I have often heard people question the point of a social media manager and it makes me laugh(honestly). Only two things won’t make you see the point of a Social Media Manager:
You have no plan of building a brand
You are equipped with adequate knowledge about running a Social Media page, either for yourself or your brand.
Over time, I have watched a lot of brand owners focus more on the brand and less on themselves(and I don’t mean physically), then they feel lost or stuck at some point... And I believe that this occurs as a result of the complete oversight of the fact that they have also become a brand.

Here are some pointers I have discovered:
Invest in yourself as much as you invest in your brand. There is a need for balance.
You are the original Face and Voice of your brand(even if you hire someone to fulfil that role, the world still wants to see and hear you).
There is Power in Social Media(You already know that by now), and that Power is just what every brand needs to skyrocket. However, A brand always needs an extra boost and that’s the Power of YOU, as its owner.
A proper investment in your personal brand development is a major boost to your brand!
